Restaurant Shift Leader

Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by ensuring guests are greeted with a genuine smile and warm spirit. Execute quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist with creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards. Accept payments from guests, make correct change, explain the menu, and answer product questions. Requires bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, possess prior cash handling experience, and have familiarity with Microsoft products. Flexible hours available including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
