Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by ensuring guests receive a genuine greeting and warm spirit. Enforce quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist in creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards. Accept guest payments, make correct change, explain the menu, and answer product questions. Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Requires a valid driver's license, cash handling experience, and Microsoft product familiarity. Flexible hours available for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
