Lead teams in providing exceptional Southern Hospitality by ensuring guests receive a genuine smile and warm spirit. Enforce quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist with creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards. Accept guest payments, make change correctly, and explain the menu while answering product questions. Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Requires a valid driver's license, cash handling experience, and Microsoft product familiarity.
