Restaurant Shift Leader

Lead Bojangles teams by enforcing quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist in creating and implementing plans to ensure flawless execution of restaurant standards. Accept guest payments, make change correctly, explain the menu, and answer product questions. Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting objects over 25 lbs as necessary. Maintain a cheerful attitude and dependable teamwork while delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality. Weekly pay and flexible hours available for full or part-time schedules.
