Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by greeting guests with genuine warmth and explaining menu items. Enforce quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist in creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards while accepting payments and making change correctly. Requires bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting 25+ lbs as necessary. Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license, possess prior cash handling experience, and demonstrate a cheerful, dependable attitude. Weekly pay and flexible hours available.
