Restaurant Shift Leader

Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by ensuring guests are greeted with a genuine smile and warm spirit. Enforce quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management. Assist in creating and implementing plans for flawless execution of Bojangles standards. Accept guest payments and make change correctly while explaining the menu and answering product questions. Requires bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs. as necessary. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, prior cash handling experience, and Microsoft product proficiency. Flexible hours available for morning, evening, weekends, full-time, or part-time roles with weekly pay and free meals.
