Job Summary
Shift Lead at Tatum & Cactus oversees daily operations in a fast-paced, team-centered environment, opening/closing the store, reporting to the store manager, and helping supervise all operations. Responsibilities include building made-to-order salads and other menu items, delivering great guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders, and maintaining a ready-to-work attitude. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, ability to work at least 30 hours per week (including weekends), Food Handlers Certificate, certified non-slip shoes, and passing the Salad Test during training.
