Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Phoenix, AZ: supervise a fast-paced, team-centered environment, report to the store manager, and help oversee all store operations including opening and closing. Build made-to-order salads and other menu items, provide excellent guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders, and maintain operations with a collaborative team. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, ability to work at least 30 hours per week (including weekends), Food Handlers Certificate, certified non-slip shoes, age 18+, and successful passage of the Salad Test during training. Growth opportunities and competitive benefits are highlighted, with open hours from 6am-9pm and a pay rate of $18.50/hour. Required Qualifications
