Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go oversees daily store operations in a fast-paced, team-centered environment, reports to the store manager, helps open/close the store, and ensures great guest experiences for both walk-up and drive-thru orders. Responsibilities include building made-to-order salads and other menu items, supervising staff, and maintaining a positive, energetic attitude during shifts. Requires a minimum of 30 hours per week (including weekends), 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, Food Handlers Certificate and non-slip shoes, ability to pass the Salad Test during training, and being 18 years or older. Required Qualifications
