Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Mesa, AZ oversees daily operations with a collaborative, fast-paced team. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, acting as key holder, supervising staff, building made-to-order salads and other menu items, and delivering great guest experiences across walk-up and drive-thru orders. The role reports to the store manager and requires a proactive attitude, 30+ hours per week including weekends, and passing the required Salad Test during training. Qualified candidates have 6+ months of shift lead/manager experience, a Food Handlers Certificate, and must be 18+.
