Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Las Vegas leads daily store operations in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Reports to the store manager and serves as key holder responsible for opening and closing the store, overseeing operations, and ensuring excellent guest experiences for both walk-up and drive-thru orders. Duties include building made-to-order salads and other menu items, supervising a collaborative team, and maintaining a positive, energetic attitude. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate, and the ability to pass a background check. Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week (including weekends) and be 18 years or older. Benefits are offered (medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, etc.). Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be willing and able to clear a background check for employment
- Obtain Food Handlers Certificate
- Able to work minimum of 30 hours per week; including weekends
