Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Chandler, AZ oversees store operations in a fast-paced, team-centered environment, assists in opening and closing, helps build made-to-order salads and other menu items, and ensures great guest experiences for both walk-up and drive-thru customers. Reports to the store manager as a key holder, provides leadership and training, supports daily operations, and drives consistent guest service while maintaining food safety standards. Requires 6+ months of shift-lead/shift-manager experience, Food Handlers Certificate, and the ability to pass the Salad Test during training; candidates must be at least 18 years old.
