Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Scottsdale oversee store operations, open/close responsibilities as a key holder, supervise team, ensure great guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders, build made-to-order salads and other menu items, report to the store manager, and participate in growth and leadership training. Requires 30+ hours/week, weekends, 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, Food Handlers Certificate, non-slip shoes, and ability to pass a training Salad Test; 18+ years old. Required Qualifications
