Restaurant Shift Lead - NE

The Shift Lead will oversee restaurant operations in collaboration with the General Manager, ensuring brand standards, guest service and food quality are delivered while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and maintenance, coaching and training team members, executing daily protocols, driving guest satisfaction and resolving guest questions or complaints, assisting in identifying internal candidates for leadership roles, monitoring costs and performance metrics, and supporting scheduling, safety training, and onboarding. Requires 18+ years old, a High School diploma or equivalent, 6+ months of restaurant operations experience, and the ability to complete shift-lead training (ServSafe in some states). English proficiency is required; Spanish comprehension is helpful. Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
