Job Summary
Shift Lead in Chandler, AZ responsible for opening and closing the store, overseeing operations, and leading a collaborative, fast-paced team. Build made-to-order salads and other menu items, provide excellent guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders, and report to the store manager. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, Food Handlers Certificate, ability to work at least 30 hours per week (including weekends), and completion of training including the Salad Test. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of previous shift lead/shift manager experience
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Certified non-slip shoes
- Able to pass the Salad Test during training
