Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go responsible for opening and closing the store, overseeing daily operations as a key holder, and delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced drive-thru environment. Build-made-to-order salads and other menu items, lead a collaborative team, report to the store manager, and help ensure smooth operations. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week (including weekends), Food Handlers Certificate, non-slip shoes, and being 18+. Required Qualifications
