Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Phoenix, AZ oversees daily store operations in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, assisting with all operations, building made-to-order salads and other menu items, and delivering exceptional guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru customers. Reports to the store manager and serves as a key holder. This role requires a energetic, ready-to-work attitude and provides growth opportunities.
