Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Phoenix oversees store operations, leads a collaborative team, opens/closes the store, and ensures excellent guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders. Responsibilities include building made-to-order salads and other menu items, supervising staff, reporting to the store manager, and maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused environment. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/manager experience, ability to work at least 30 hours per week (including weekends), completion of Salad Test during training, Food Handlers Certificate, and non-slip shoes; candidate must be 18+ and able to work in a fast-paced setting with flexible hours. Required Qualifications
