Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Goodyear, AZ oversees daily operations in a fast-paced, team-centered environment, opening/closing duties, and ensures great guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders. Responsibilities include assisting store manager, acting as key holder, building made-to-order salads, and maintaining energetic, ready-to-work attitude. Requires 6+ months of shift-lead/shift-manager experience, ability to work at least 30 hours/week including weekends, and eligibility for a Food Handlers Certificate and appropriate footwear; training includes passing the Salad Test.
