Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Gilbert, AZ oversees daily store operations in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store as a Key holder, assisting with all operations, building made-to-order salads and other menu items, and delivering great guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru customers. Works under the store manager, reports to leadership, and supports growth opportunities from hourly to salary. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, Food Handlers Certificate, non-slip shoes, ability to pass training Salad Test, and availability for at least 30 hours per week (including weekends). Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of previous shift lead/shift manager experience
