Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go (Gary & Hunt Hwy) in San Tan Valley, AZ responsible for helping oversee store operations, opening/closing, and ensuring excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Build made-to-order salads and other menu items, supervise frontline staff, and report to the store manager. Requires 30+ hours/week (including weekends), 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, Food Handlers Certificate, certified non-slip shoes, ability to pass the Salad Test, and being 18+. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of previous shift lead/shift manager experience
- Must be able to work minimum of 30 hours per week; including weekends
