Job Summary
Shift Lead at Goodyear, AZ location."Estrella & Van Buren" store operates 6am–9pm with made-to-order salads, drive-thru, and guest-facing service. Reports to the store manager and helps oversee all operations, serving as key holder for opening and closing. Responsibilities include building salads, ensuring great guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders, and leading a collaborative, fast-paced team. Must have 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, obtain a Food Handler certificate and non-slip shoes, be 18+, and be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week (including weekends). Required Qualifications

- Must have 6+ months of previous shift lead/shift manager experience
- Obtain Food Handlers Certificate and certified non-slip shoes
- Able to pass the Salad Test during training
