Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Queen Creek, AZ, oversees all store operations in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, acting as key holder, supervising staff, building made-to-order salads, and ensuring excellent guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders. Reports to the store manager and participates in leadership training with growth opportunities. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week (including weekends), and obtaining a Food Handlers Certificate and certified non-slip shoes. Training includes a Salad Test; dress code is relaxed with a uniform. Required Qualifications
