Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Tempe, AZ responsible for opening and closing as Key Holder, overseeing store operations in a fast-paced, team-centered environment, and ensuring excellent guest experiences for both walk-up and drive-thru customers. Build made-to-order salads and other menu items, report to the store manager, and lead a collaborative team to maintain smooth daily operations. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, Food Handlers Certificate, ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week (including weekends), and age 18+. Required Qualifications
