Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Las Vegas ensures smooth, collaborative operations in a fast-paced drive-thru environment. Responsible for opening/closing, supervising team members, building made-to-order salads and other menu items, and delivering great guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders. Reports to the store manager and serves as a key holder to oversee store operations. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, ability to work at least 30 hours per week (including weekends), and possession of a Food Handlers Certificate and certified non-slip shoes; candidate must be 18+ and complete training including the Salad Test.
