Job Summary
The Shift Lead is responsible for executing restaurant operations alongside the General Manager, ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include maintaining brand image, performing operational duties to achieve excellence, training employees, and interacting professionally with guests to resolve issues. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least 6 months of restaurant experience. This role requires a positive attitude, the ability to work varied shifts, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 6+ months of restaurant operations experience
- Must complete Shift Lead training classes
- May need to be ServSafe certified
- English communication required, Spanish comprehension helpful
- Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer/POS skills
Additional Requirements
- Must have access to adequate transportation
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
