Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Mesa, AZ, responsible for opening and closing the store, overseeing daily operations, and acting as key holder. Leads a collaborative, fast-paced team to provide great guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders, builds made-to-order salads, and supports management with oversight of operations. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, Food Handlers Certificate, ability to pass the Salad Test during training, being 18+, and availability to work at least 30 hours per week; provides opportunities for growth and promotions within a growing drive-thru concept.
