Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for opening/closing, overseeing store operations, acting as a key holder, and delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Build made-to-order salads and other menu items, supervise shifts under the store manager, and support leadership training and growth opportunities. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, ability to work at least 30 hours per week (including weekends), and Food Handlers certification. Required Qualifications
