Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Tempe, AZ: manage and assist in overseeing daily store operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment; report to the store manager and help supervise opening and closing procedures; lead team members to deliver great guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders; build made-to-order salads and other menu items; maintain a positive, energetic attitude and provide leadership during shifts; growth opportunities through leadership training and potential pathway to salaried roles; positions require availability including weekends and a minimum of 30 hours per week; job includes benefits such as paid vacation and health coverage; prior shift lead/manager experience and Food Handlers Certificate preferred; uniforms provided and company participates in ADA accommodations upon request.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work minimum of 30 hours per week; including weekends
- 6+ months of previous shift lead/shift manager experience
- Obtain Food Handlers Certificate
- certified non-slip shoes
- Able to pass the Salad Test during training
- Must be 18 years or older
