Job Summary
Shift Lead position at Salad and Go in Laveen, AZ. Responsibilities include working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, reporting to the store manager, helping oversee all store operations, and serving both walk-up and drive-thru guests. Lead duties include opening and closing the store, building made-to-order salads, delivering great guest experiences, and maintaining a team-centered operation. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, Food Handlers Certificate, certified non-slip shoes, ability to pass the salad training test, and being 18+ with availability to work at least 30 hours per week (including weekends).
