Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go oversees store operations in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, supervising staff, assisting with all operations, building made-to-order salads and other menu items, and delivering great guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru customers. Reports to the store manager; acts as key holder to help open/close. Growth opportunities and leadership training are available, with a focus on providing friendly service, maintaining standards, and supporting community initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience
- Able to pass the Salad Test during training
- Must be 18 years or older
- Obtain Food Handlers Certificate
- Must be able to work minimum of 30 hours per week including weekends
- Certified non-slip shoes
