Job Summary
Shift Lead in a fast-paced salad and drive-thru environment responsible for opening/closing, overseeing store operations, and leading a collaborative team. Build made-to-order salads, ensure great guest experiences at walk-up and drive-thru, and act as key holder reporting to the store manager. Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, ability to work at least 30 hours per week (including weekends), and possession of a Food Handlers Certificate. Eligible candidates must be 18+ and able to pass required training (Salad Test). The role is at Salad and Go’s Glendale, AZ location with full-time hours and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of previous shift lead/shift manager experience
- Must be able to work minimum of 30 hours per week; including weekends
- Obtain Food Handlers Certificate
