Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go responsible for overseeing store operations in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Key duties include opening and closing the store, supervising staff as a shift lead, building made-to-order salads and menu items, and delivering great guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders. Reports to the store manager and helps oversee all operations; must commit to at least 30 hours per week (including weekends). Requires 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience, Food Handlers Certificate, and ability to pass the Salad Test during training; candidate must be 18+ and wear certified non-slip shoes. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of shift lead/shift manager experience
- Must be able to work minimum of 30 hours per week; including weekends
