Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salad and Go in Laveen, AZ: lead the shift in a fast-paced, team-centered environment by overseeing opening and closing, supervising operations, and ensuring great guest experiences for walk-up and drive-thru orders. Build made-to-order salads and other menu items, report to the store manager, and guide a collaborative team to maintain high standards of service. Key responsibilities include managing the shift, training and coaching teammates, ensuring food-safety practices (Food Handlers Certificate) and proper footwear, and upholding company values across a multi-location drive-thru concept.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- 6+ months of previous shift lead/shift manager experience
- Food Handlers Certificate
- certified non-slip shoes
- Able to pass the Salad Test during training
- Must be 18 years or older
