Job Summary
Lead Operations for Chick-fil-A Sherrills Ford during morning/lunch shifts as a Front of House Shift Captain. Responsible for opening/closing the restaurant, supervising and coaching FOH team members, ensuring food safety and quality standards, delivering exceptional guest hospitality, managing cash handling procedures, and maintaining uniform/appearance standards. Drive smooth daily operations across Dine-In, Drive-Thru, and Mobile channels, coach performance conversations, uphold company policies, and collaborate with leadership to execute Chick-fil-A’s Winning Hearts Every Day strategy. Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Ability to lead and coach FOH team members
