Job Summary
Restaurant Service Manager responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across shifts, upholding brand standards and crafting an unparalleled experience for guests through hospitality. Acts as a brand ambassador, leads a team to execute hospitality and service excellence, and contributes to a culture focused on continuous improvement. Includes compensation range of 50,000.00 - 61,000.00 with uncapped bonus and referral bonuses, plus a benefits package. Requires 21+ years old, 2 years of management experience, open availability (nights, weekends, holidays), reliable transportation, strong communication and leadership skills, and working knowledge of P&L and Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word. Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules and familiarity with local/state health codes preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age

- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong P&L knowledge
- Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
