Job Summary
Restaurant Service Manager responsible for seamless day-to-day operations across shifts, upholding brand standards, and delivering unbridled hospitality to Guests. Will lead and develop a passionate team, drive execution, manage P&L, and ensure compliance with health codes and internal standards. Requires 21+ years old, 2 years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word; experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules is a plus. Eligible for bonus programs and company benefits, with opportunities for growth within a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- 2 years of management experience
- Open Availability (including nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong P&L knowledge
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
- Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
