Job Summary
Ensure seamless day-to-day operations throughout shifts while upholding company standards as a Brand ambassador. Provide unbridled hospitality to Guests, crafting memorable experiences that foster a culture of continuous improvement. Manage a team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service, utilizing strong leadership skills to motivate staff. Maintain P&L knowledge and ensure compliance with local health codes and required certifications. Requires 2 years of management experience, open availability including nights and weekends, and reliable transportation. Base pay ranges from $50,000 to $61,000 with uncapped bonuses, shift meals, and 401k matching.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- 2 years of management experience
- Open Availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service
- Strong P&L knowledge
- Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of local and State health codes
- Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules
- Experience managing a team
