Job Summary
Restaurant Service Manager responsible for day-to-day, shift-based operations with a focus on hospitality and guest experience. Oversees brand standards, leads and develops a high-performing team, drives execution of service initiatives, and manages P&L. Requires strong leadership, communication, and ability to motivate staff; familiarity with health codes and point-of-sale/ops software (e.g., Workday, Aloha, NBO, HotSchedules). Eligible for bonuses and comprehensive benefits; location listed in Oshkosh, WI with open availability.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of management experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Open Availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong P&L knowledge
- Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
