Job Summary
Restaurant Service Manager responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations during shifts, upholding brand standards, and delivering hospitality-driven experiences. Requires at least 2 years of management experience, open availability (nights/weekends/holidays), strong leadership, P&L knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word. Familiarity with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules preferred. Required Qualifications
