Job Summary
Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, present menus, and relay accurate food and beverage orders to kitchen and bar teams promptly. Serve dishes and beverages in an elegant manner while anticipating guest needs, customizing orders, and communicating dietary requirements and allergies to staff. Maintain a clean workspace and handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback tactfully to ensure smooth service flow. Previous upscale restaurant experience and fine dining etiquette knowledge are preferred. Schedule varies by business volume; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
