Job Summary
Provide guests with prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced dining environment. Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, deliver orders, ensure correct presentation, and check back to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized section; assist with resetting tables and supporting teammates. Follow safety, sanitation, and service standards and communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams. Handle payment transactions with proper cash handling. Flexible to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends. Opportunity to grow in food and beverage or hotel operations.
