Job Summary
Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude while taking food and beverage orders accurately into the POS system. Prepare, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards and California Responsible Beverage Service regulations. Serve food and beverages promptly, anticipate member needs, clear tables, and maintain a clean dining room. Process member charges accurately and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with opening, closing, side work, and special club events as needed while collaborating with the kitchen and bar. This part-time role requires weekend availability, holidays, and occasional special events. Candidates must be 21 or older, possess or obtain a valid RBS certification and Food Handler Card, and have previous restaurant serving experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional special events
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification and Food Handler Card before beginning employment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Experience preparing and serving alcoholic beverages preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
