Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, present menus explaining Nigerian dishes and spice levels, and take accurate food and beverage orders into the POS system. Deliver food and drinks efficiently while checking on guests throughout their dining experience to respond quickly to requests. Upsell menu items and beverages, process payments using various methods, and maintain clean tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff, hosts, and bartenders to ensure smooth operations, resolve guest concerns professionally, and follow all food safety and sanitation regulations. Must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid Texas Food Handler Certificate, and possess the physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid Texas Food Handler Certificate or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
