Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment

- Six months’ previous customer service experience required

- Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively and interact well with the customers and employees
- Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Must be able to stand, walk and move through all areas of the casino
- Must be able to lift and carry trays up to forty (40) pounds
- Medium work with lifting requirements up to 50 pounds occasionally/frequently
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with customers and team members
