Job Summary
Greets, sells, and serves guests across Tarpon House Restaurant, Charley's Cabana Bar, Cove Pool Bar, Princess Cruise, and Courtside Steakhouse while adhering to brand standards and safety regulations. Processes guest checks, collects payments, and reports emergencies, accidents, or policy deviations to management. Ensures communication consistency with privacy policies and assists guests using knowledge of hotel facilities. Requires successful TIPs training, micros system proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds or push carts weighing 100 pounds. Full mobility and extended standing are necessary. Weekend and holiday shifts are available; work permit and proper USA employment paperwork are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to work weekends and holidays
- Candidates must have a work permit and proper paperwork to be employed in the USA
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Successful TIPs training
- The ability to use the micros system

- Moving in a fast-paced environment
