Restaurant Server

Serve tables by retrieving and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner while completing knowledge of the hotel's menu, pricing, and preparation. Interact with guests in a friendly, fast manner, clear and clean tables, and ensure guests are satisfied during meal service. When serving alcohol, observe guest behavior, count drinks, and suggest taxi transportation if impairment is suspected. Escalate unresolved service issues to management. Possess basic math skills, cash-handling ability, and flexibility for various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
