Job Summary
Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service to club members and guests by taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining a clean, organized dining area before, during, and after service. Anticipate member needs proactively and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless operations. Uphold the Club's standards for hospitality, appearance, and etiquette. No experience needed; we will train on the job. This role offers competitive hourly pay plus tips, employee meals, uniform shirt, PTO, and holiday pay. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, twist, and reach
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform continuous repetitive motions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred (fine dining or private club experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
