Job Summary
Greet guests promptly, present menus and daily specials, and answer questions about beverages, allergens, and order accuracy. Accurately enter orders into the POS system, coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service, and verify food quality and order accuracy. Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, present and process guest checks, and open and serve wine according to standards. Bus and reset tables, assist with take-out orders, phones, and seating, and maintain cleanliness of work areas. Adhere to health, sanitation, and food safety policies while promoting menu items and daily specials. Work cooperatively with all Food & Beverage team members in a fast-paced environment that operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

- Proficient in English

- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Minimum one (1) year of restaurant, hotel, resort or upscale dining experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer/POS skills
- Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certification
- Alcohol Service Training certification
- Stand and walk continuously throughout scheduled shifts
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Frequently bend, stoop, reach, twist and carry trays
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
- Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Willing and available to fulfill changing operational demands
Desired Qualifications
- A second language
- Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certification, if applicable
