Job Summary
PM shift restaurant server responsible for guest satisfaction through attentive dining room service, station setup and cleanup, accurate order taking, knowledge of menu items and specials, and upselling to increase check averages. Must greet guests promptly, provide table-side suggestions, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure guest comfort while adhering to service standards and franchise policies. Includes busing and pre-bussing tables, responding to guest questions, and maintaining workspace readiness; background and substance screening are part of the employment process.
